I find it so incredibly hard to make sense and summarize all that goes on in my head on a day to day basis, but I feel like a blog may help. So, wow, where do I even begin? I guess I will just quick summarize why I currently enjoy everything fitness. I started playing sports at age 5, my dad had me in every sport and I can’t thank him enough for it. It helped pave the way for me in life as working out has become a big part of my daily routine. I have learned a lot about fitness in my 27 years, what works for me, what doesn’t. There will be lots of barriers, that I have learned first hand, but if you can find ways around those barriers, you will only become stronger. If you can surround yourself with supporters, it makes it that much harder to quit. I wanted to say a big thank you to those that continue to support me, I can’t express enough how much you mean to me …..welcome to my journey!
